Meet the founder
Joshua has nearly 2 decades of real estate and property management experience across the US. Currently located in New York City, he oversees ultra high-end luxury rentals across Manhattan and in Long Island City and also manages his own properties in Austin, TX, and Union City, NJ.
As an avid traveler and lover of all things real estate, I truly believe that a property can be managed from anywhere, with the right in-market support system.
Owning and renting shouldn’t be overwhelming. I started RedOak with the goal of simplifying property management for single-family and boutique multi-family property owners, and streamlining the living experience for tenants. Simplifying, meaning a single platform for owners to access all of their property information and financial performance. Streamlining, meaning using that same platform for tenants to make rent payments and communicate with the manager.
In my downtime, I enjoy exploring NYC, uncovering new travel destinations, and spending time with my partner and our two dogs.
